Turn Around Time

• All non newborn sessions have a turn around time of 14 business days. No galleries are delivered on weekends. Please keep this in mind especially when booking cake smash and holiday sessions!

• Newborn sessions have a turn around time of 21 business days. No galleries are delivered on weekends.

• When you reschedule your session this same rule applies from your actual session date, not from your canceled session date.

Gallery Download

• You will have TWO weeks to download your gallery and save your digital images. You will NOT have access to your images two weeks after your session date.

• If you need to re access your images after the two weeks you will be charged $75 as a restoring fee. This is only applicable up to one year after your session date.

• You will have TWO weeks to place an order for LBP Studio high quality products. (The same $75 restoring fee will apply)

Printing Digitals

• LBP Studio does give you printing rights to your digital images. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for low quality printing/color distortions from printing companies. To ensure the best quality prints you should buy directly through LBP Studio.

Retainer Fees

• Retainer fees are Non-refundable / Non-transferable.

Studio Policy

• If any clients are showing signs of sickness must reschedule their sessions. All family members must be fever free with no medications for at least 24 hours before rescheduling a session date. This is to ensure my studio remains a safe environment for the infants that come see me.

Travel

• I will travel for events, family, lifestyle, maternity and newborn photos. Traveling is only an option with full sessions NOT minis. There is a small travel fee based on location.
